My feeling is Beach are done. They habitually only buy assets .. on the cheap. I personally think 25c was their final offer, but they have till Friday too re-submit. We will know soon enough.
Meanwhile, with STX well above 30c, its script offer still looks attractive, but the Scotts want ... cash in hand, that's why they will shortly recommended and take Gina's offer IMO. Gina can give them cash for their shares b4 Xmas, and they will off, and good riddance. Then Strike can work with Gina to enhance the JV permit at WE. Who knows Gina might also tip in some capex to get the gas out sooner OR buy into Harbor ... or merge her WGO shares into STX .. and benefit that way. It is interesting times, but i do strongly feel Beach are done !!!
