If the market mispricing continues to worsen, the company has multiple options. (1) achieve good results with production and exploration and hope the market will eventually price it correctly (2) someone seizes on the mispriced equity and buy it out (3) divestment of assets in part or in full - this has happened before if the sum of parts of the company is worth far greater than the company EV (4) take the company private - tho I can't see this happening given private equity is very illiquid and hard for holders to cash out, unless there is a management buyout.
