STX Charts, page-1552

A little surprised yesterday that STX was relatively unaffected by market conditions (the Yen effect). Actually, even though it was a red bar there was no excessive volume and more importantly no follow on today. I know you'll say it was red, but once again it was on average volume and there was really no attempt to push STX lower.

Speaking of bar spreads and volumes there is a change in the behaviour of STX. I've circled where it was obvious that STX was being tested in the market. Narrow spread bars on decreased volume. Lately though spread has increased and volume is approaching average. So are there more players getting involved now and an increase in volatility ? We'll get the answer sooner or later.
