It's not like there are 37 possibilities to predict, like, say, on a roulette wheel. There are only three - up, down, or sideways.
Here's a suggestion for chartists generally- say something like I've seen elsewhere:
" If we** can consolidate above 20.5, then the next target will be 25 cents". Sufficiently vague and, self-evidently, to get to .25 the price has to exceed 20.5. And if the price only gets to .23 before retreating, well, not enough consolidation, eh?
** It's always 'we'. even for non-holders.
