Yeah - that's the tricky aspect of Fibo. I've always used the very beginning of the entire upleg as the starting point (rightly or wrongly but it's served me pretty well)...
Will be interesting few days to see if the price will be able to hold with both RSI and MACD turning down. I must say there is actually quite a lot of technical support between 39 and 42 based on various different indicators.
