There's nothing to interpret. It's on their to-do list, just not a priority. The current focus, of course, is on getting ready for production.
To clarify, the problem with the last top 20 was simply a system error. Accounts weren't consolidated properly. Holders who appeared to have sold hadn't actually sold.
