I think whoever is accumulating knows the notice will by law have to be disclosed shortly and have had their last dig.
They capped it, dropped the price through manipulation and cleaned up whatever has fallen.
Of course this is my opinion but I’m trying to understand the unusual trading.
The only other explanation I can come up with is the shorts covering.
Anyway at some point I guess we may know.
