Maybe I missed it but I don't recall STX ever planning SE2 to be an offset well. As far as I know, it was always planned, and drilled, as a development well. An offset well is usually drilled from an existing well bore and is usually drilled to collect offset/reference data when one is unsure about the field and optimal well location.
