That was probably the submission for the AGI processing plant which is now obsolete. All STX gas including WE will be piped and processed via the Precinct - hence why the whole concept around the Precinct made so much sense. It will streamline future developments via one central hub and generate significant eccnomics of scales. And I don't believe the approval was ever received for that anyway.

I was listening to the ERA and AEMO submissions to the Inquiry Committee while driving today. Interesting that the chair seemed very sceptical about PB producers not being able to access capital to bring extra volume of gas onto market. Perhaps SN should bring him along to a couple of financing meetings with the banks to get first hand experience of some of the challenges.
