Last week prior to any Trading Halt, STX BADLY caught my radars with an after hours transaction which prompted immediate investigation.

My chart and thesis was NOT uploaded because I was under the impression a WHALE has liquidated a large holding and or even went SHORT on the share price. It was just inklings BUT once more research was done, the facts were facts!

Here is the transaction noted aswell as my commentary and thoughts. I had 2 distinct levels drawn out, support and resistance.

I immediately recognised 50c was triple topped, and I noticed 30c was also a nice base. If 50c was so respected, I had a feeling 30c may revisit.

I asked myself hard, is this guy dumping, is he dumping and shorting? Nonetheless, he was operating on INSIDER IMFORMATION SO right after this large transaction STX went into a Trading Halt RE: Test Results. The stock price OPENED pretty much near my 30c support level!! Insanity. I was so excited on 9th Feb not only coz it was my BDAY but seeing what I saw, I WANTED TO SHORT IT ASWELL

Results alone probably wasn't the reason why he dumped
They are also having cashflow issues and pretty much will not have enough to last the next 3 to 6 months without drawing out debt or raising more funds.

People wonder why when stocks get included into ASX 200 they dump. Well just look at the pathetic timing of it?? They do it when stock is $1B in cap, they do it when they have run low on funds, they do it when an Insider KNOWS about bad results and they expect this NOT to be sold down?? GEEEEZ....Anyways time will tell how low they take this.. I suspect as low as 14c to 16c levels especially IF funding is required according to latest Quarterly which DIDN'T read well for me

And once again, NOBODY knew whether it was a short or a genuine liquidation until days later...WELL my conspiring brain didn't need confirmation DAYS later I saw enough. You mentioned @gimo211 25M shares were added short?
Let's realise this was done BEFORE Trading Halt, BEFORE news flow, AND lets just see that Thursday print again



ANDDDD lets just observe the short data chart again....talk about timing, tlak about knowing whats coming...
Since the sellers are in so much control people don't need to worry about timing an entry as the trend is now clearly down and the stock is well on the backside move GGz what a run it had
Back to $500M market cap and perhaps lower easy 50% shavings

For me, I have done quite well with this I had to #DipBuy the day of the crash ofcourse

And have a look how prices have transpired since the gap down



Followed by current Daily Chart showing extreme supply and seller control so far. They must be bullish to suppress prices, right? So they say....
