I agree that the shorting continues, and shorters extending and/or closing intraday is highly likely. just clarifying the role of the Index Fund, that's all. Index Fund has one job, maintain weighting to map performance.
Two big events to watch, ASX200 inclusion and MSCI Feb 24 rebalance. Will be interesting.
