Finance is all about Risk, Rates and Reward. The Risk is low , The Rate would be moderate and The Reward very high. So WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ? The problem is TPD BOD who for reasons not given to share holders refuse to do so. The BOD just take the easy alternative for reasons only STX BOD would know and do not want anyone to know. Their are words for that but I will restrain from innuendo. Vote NO in December an NO to the Voice whenever.
