    So is the only reason we wouldnt just transfer ownership of Walyering for script to STX is becsuse certain people would miss out on performance rights?

    Or is it not possible to transfer an asset and offer script to shareholders?

    If we had $5m in cash, kept L7, Mongolia and Condor and had to raise $10m I feel we would be way better off
