F32sport and all TPD share holders I emailed Colby and the TPD BOD stating they were only interested in converting their " performance " shares, plum jobs at STX and abandoning their share holders who have funded and own TPD, the BOD are a disgrace. I am voting a big NO to their " unanimous advice " TPD could easily short term fund and become an important company organically with Walyering cash flow, TEG and TMK . We could buy out both TEK and TEG with Walyering cash flow and with smart management and then develop a high share price and become a large target for the bigger players. Unfortunately TPD BOD have not the initiative, fore sight or ticker to do so. They are weak and self motivated. NWE BOD all over again, it hurts and and are not looking after share holders interests, merely their own. It could be called corporate criminality. Vote NO and all email the BOD their concerns and ideas because the BOD lack them and morality. GLTAH
