NWE BOD all over again, it hurts and and are not looking after share holders interests, merely their own. It could be called corporate criminality. Vote NO and all email the BOD their concerns and ideas because the BOD lack them and morality. GLTAH

A lot of logic in your post. I sold 345k last week but am holding 5m and will be voting no.
