Wow. So you dont know their reasons. You are the most outspoken poster on these threads in relation to supporting a "No" vote. You are the one riding the white steed into battle saying.... "follow me"..... And you dont understand why the BOD and management, who you actively support looking after your money, have voted yes to the deal. Perhaps I will change the question. Is this a sound investment startegy?
