    Thanks to @kmuirhead, who provided some additional information on the Condor structure released prior to the farmout. More data is available on these titles than I was aware of. No doubt Dr Darrin Ferdinando has taken a good look at what is there and no doubt the independent expert will too. I think my base case of $1M is probably too light given this additional information.
