I am sure with the estimated gas total being wellabove what is required for Haber from SE1, STXwould be pushing and considering applying tothe state government for a exemption to supplygas for LNG as Beach/ Mitsui is the only onshore current exemption supplier . Interestinglyin the legal action last week in Sydney, Palmervs McGowan, the documented direct text exchange between McGowan and Stokespainted a very close personal relationship andgratitude for favorable press coverage fromwhat was written and televised . I think whenMcGowan bought out that export policyexcluding other gas producers , but effectivelylicensing Beach / Mitsui to supply to LNG , we all felt alittle concerned even though we could all stillapply to supply, some one, for some oddreason had put a bit of speed hump in our wayat the time. I trust if STX has now applied orintends to apply to be considered for supplyinggas for LNG ,and with the world in chaos andregardless of any personal relationships, it willbe a absolute YES and approved. It appears MrPalmer has decided to become a bit of a fixturein McGowans future adding in the politics of ourcountry IMO.
