if anyone in a senior management role was found to have a personal relationship with a Company who benefited financially from a Strategic decision it would be investigated. It’ smells like a conflict of interest here and McGowan is highly compromised by the text message exchange. I am sure Stokes will be really pissed off that this has been highlighted. Its not a bit of banter either.
