    Instead of dwelling on the negativities when we don't have any clue on what's happening behind closed doors, let's play a game of guessing what will be the final agreed deal offered by STX.
    initial offer is 0.4586 TPD for 1 STX share
    My guess is it will be sealed at 0.55 TPD for 1 STX share
