Nero have (a) boasted of 900% returns, they appear to be a small pool, bet big type manager that chases big outperformance., and (b) has chosen to redeploy their capital out of TPD into something else. So in the context of Walyering coming into production, Gurvantes on time and on budget, the only thing stopping TPD achieving those sort of outperform %'s would be a low premium TO capping the share price. If I could share a beer with Doug, I would be asking him when he first became aware of the STX deal, did he know that the rest of BOD were going to capitulate, would he have supported the SOA? Given he has walked, and Nero have exited TPD, I think his actions speak. JMO.

just on this, Greg didn’t walk. He was forced out by Nero and 2 other shareholders after the last TPD surprise CR after assuring all that debt was available, it never was.
