Justadabble, the takeover premium would apply to market price prior to takeover (which was 17/17.5 pre-speculation).

Suppressed or not, that's been the base for a long time and hard to argue for the Euroz valuation when a .55 plus spin out offer would be a healthy premium.

An offer of less than that may struggle with traction imo.

That puts us over 30c if valuing Gurvantes at 6c. Hard to imagine it not getting through for that.
