    Nope. Offer is opportunistic lowball to the point of being criminal. Would consider it just for Walyering.

    Quite impressive 30% of shareholders. (Thats the Top 20 plus another 5 or 10) all got together to say take the deal. Have to buy a few more so I get invited to the next shareholder's meeting.
