I’m willing to bet there’s a few directors with some skin in the game who would be fighting for extra cents, otherwise they would’ve taken the deal Wednesday night. They’re not silly, there’s a lot at stake for all the directors.

How many shares does Colby get if taken over? 150mil or has he already received some? The difference between 20 and 30 or 40 cents is considerable with that many shares on the line. Someone correct me if I’m wrong though, I might have my wires mixed.
