They are not being given the shares, they are buying them. I couldnt care less if they are buying them at a marginal discount, if anyone can't see the directors of a small cap exploration play having more skin in the game as a massive positive then I can only surmise that they may have some type of reasoning or behavioral disorder.
Disclosure around engineering is ok, but wouldn't mind corp update on demo plant
