There is certainly going to be some M/A going to happen in the oil/gas sector soon. BPT have already stated it is the action they will be taking to increase their reserves that are not keeping up with expectations. They stated this in Feb (and again last week)so very surprised no action yet. My top three in their sights would be CVN,STX or COE.
