A deal could be a little bit more complex having STX / WGO in this together if one partner doesn't want to sell or holds their ground. Hopefully someone would offer enough that shareholders from both teams would easily just vote yes!
I agree with your point also about having plenty of coin the bank makes it much easier to fend off silly takeover bids. 100%!
The next few weeks will be very interesting.
