    Yes, on 23 March 2020 when WGO rejected the proposal, the share price of both STX and WGO were approx 10 cents each. A 20% premium gave the ratio of 1.2 STX shares for each WGO share.

    The situation today is very different:
    The WGO price is about 22cps and STX is 32cps. If you still apply a 20% premium to the WGO 22 cent price that means STX would only need to offer 0.8 STX shares for each WGO share.

    Not that I'm suggesting STX needs WGO. I like where STX is going with its gas and fertiliser plans
