    STX don't need WGO !!!!!! Are you sure ? If they don't need WGO why haven't they pushed on and completed FID for WE on their own ?

    IMO the CSBP contract clearly doesn't allow FID to commence and with STX not having secured any other gas contracts they certainly need WGO to sign off on the Alcoa contract.
