You keep saying they did not drill Wagina in WE1 but we are going to have to disagree at this point. Reserve the right to change opinion when the logs go open file!
Dongara and Wagina are clearly identified on the 1990 open file WE1 composite log and I accept that interpretation at this point in the absence of new data. The high GR intervals at 4031 and 4042 m look to be diagnostic of the hot intervals you get in the Wagina. The "Basal Transgressive Sandstone" on the log = Dongara and certainly has a different blocky character to the Wagina (as marked) from 4020 m = a 45 m penetration of the Wagina in WE1.
A better question would be on what basis you dont accept that is Wagina?
