First sign of institutional interest in this strategic resource. Problem for them is that the board is too aligned with shareholder interests as they have large shareholding’s. They also know full well that other firms have a strategic interest in seeing this developed. There may not be too many underwriting fees splashing around on this one unfortunately for the brokers .
