i do give up on the current board and yes AS has issues like the rest of the board. what you don't see is the collaborations blanket us or them mentality.

AS has a bigger share holding (when taking into account family / friends / associates) than any individual - so as a share holder wants the right team.

no one is living / breathing TZL as much as AS and yes he is living handsomely from it but alas that will stop this financial year - don't know how many times i have said this, but a large of percentage of that salary has supported this stock.

i think we shall see an independent audit.

TZL has made many mistakes, doing things like Larsons and other individual designs that have not reaped a reward for the effort. but don't pin all the blame on the board.

will be interesting to see what does make you and others happy - what if some middle independent ground is thrown in and an independent audit. obviously the other key issues are revenue, profitability across projects and how tz is scaled up, as opposed to currently scaled down.

i know the collaboration thinks they can do wonderful things but i am looking forward to the plan. no doubt the proposed board are going to be offered significant upside - what is the proposed contribution from a capital perspective and if none, then what are the dilutionary affects?

so don't constantly harass me for supporting change but challenging the only information we have to date - everyone has jumped on the bandwagon because there has been no alternative - i admire the courage and work it has taken to push things this far but the action has resulted in panic and a falling share price.

would be nice to get some news before the EGM notice but i suspect both sides will play a tight game plan.

lighten up sars - change is coming and we need TZ to get through this - intevia has a billion dollar market place, we should have had a share of it by now but mistakes have been made. hopefully we can make up for lost ground over the next few years. we are dealing with the right companies - BAE, Anixter, hopefully Dell and a few other global majors.
