Mad, Understand your analysis my comments would be; - the initial payment for Aero I think was expected to be higher. Easy to blame this on CK and divert attention away from the directors. At AGM CK said he favoured ongoing royalties at a higher level rather than an upfront payment - so who is telling the truth? - I think they are playing down the potential for Anixter. They said they need several million to supply the stock, at $600-$800k per month they could easily manage this with current capital - or is the business expected to be higher? I think you will find that if CK rejoins he will openly state that his expectations are far higher than your numbers in the short term let alone the long term - they are planning for the PC lock business and that wasn't in the rvenue forecast?
Basically AS and co. are trying to instill panic and fear. MB is too shrewd to get involved in something without a pay day.
