If the S/H are aware of the fact the directors have not bought shares, then what is the knowledge inside the company??? What are the employees thinking???...because if the S/H are aware of this so must the employees, unless they are told something different.

If the employees are aware of how bad the company is then an additional thing that VCR management has to combat, is loosing key staff, and therefore skills drain!!!!

Which would jeoperdise the achievement of the deadlines, also, where are these staff likely to go????.....To a competitor of course!!!......passing on their experience and knowledge!!!!

This is not looking good at all!!!!...Good luck to us all, we will need it.

Well, at least if the bad news comes, it shouldn't be a surprise!!
