    I have to admit I was a bit taken back to receive the SPP reminder email.

    It seems a desperate act from a desperate board.

    The best thing Edwards could do is arrange with other directors to sack Hansen and then the SP goes up and the SPP is oversubscribed.

    Win for the company and win for shareholders.

    My opinion only.
