The thought that a prospective purchaser might be aiming to acquire a local, highly prospective and proven source of gold, very cheaply comes to my suspicious mind.
If we had a BoD looking after the interests of all their shareholders, I would happily support the BoD making an offer of shares plus cash to buy it. I believe the current owners would be amenable to such an offer on the basis of making a lot more money down the track.
And a CR would be fully subscribed to provide a cash component.
If LKI and perhaps,GreatWA could put together a motion along those lines that NTN750 could deliver when he attends the meeting,then maybe -just maybe, the BoD would see 'the light'. Or their game was up.
