No guarantees in life. Big difference i price 6 months ago to today. Importantly, where do you see it going- that'll dictate the price. Grabbed some last week as definitely too cheap at this price and a real sturdy business model and market. You certainly wouldn't be buying today on how it's working its business today, but where can you see it in 3/6/12 months. I've grabbed a nice parcel at this price with the expectation in 2 years it'll be back to a very strong rebound. 3 months- travelling in Australia, 6 months - travelling Australia, NZ & pacific area. 12 months - international travel.
#Will be a strong market down the track- because we've all been cooped up and can't wait to travel. Know the Mrs starting talking holiday at lunch when we discussed Victoria opening up. IMO solid buying at this price, definitely spike in more positive sentiment/news and can build from here. Might it drop? Not sure- global market still ffffed- so won't bounce back to pre Coniv prices- especially factoring in dilution/spp, etc. But certainly some upside looking 6 months into the future.
