There was an extra 155% shares issued, per my post yesterday in the other thread.
There were 135m existing, plus 150m issued via the institutional placement (including oversubscription from Bain), plus the 50-70m issued to existing retail holders. Multiply the current share price by around 2.5 to 2.6x and you have your pre-COVID 'like-for-like' comparison in terms of the share price (e.g. today, circa $8.10-8.40)
The extent of dilution has been grossly misunderstood by many, and I say that as someone who has held this stock since 2013 (selling bits here and there, as I did yesterday).
