I keep reading this thread and I am totally amazed of the sophisticated individuals making ridiculous comments. In my experience the price of the stock decreases when there are more willing sellers that buyers, but that's not even the point.

Let me draw your attention to the following, the only thing ESI and its management needs to focus on right now is raising money and doing deals. AS I commented earlier in my posts I actually expected the price to decrease and let me offer the following explanation.

If you are a large holder that currently holds stock and believe that your future depends on company raising money and you are not prepared to commit fresh capitol the the company, why wouldn't you sell here and use the sale proceeds to purchase the 2c shares plus 2 free options?

By selling here and taking on the SPP you effectively triple your exposure to the company without using any new capital.Just remember you run the risk of NOT getting your fill!

I for 1 do not subscribe to these conspiracy theories but purely treat this as a natural sell down to get positioned for the SPP.

So for all of you that have been badgering Kos, I suggest you let him focus on the job at hand and work hard at generating positive publicity for the company.


These distractions and clear winging are not helpful nor constructive!

If you are a seller please sell, if you are a buyer by all means buy. If you are a winger by all means go away!

Me I am a buyer and have been for weeks and welcome any selling that comes my way at these levels. I believe the company has a very bright future and is extremely cheap at these levels.

This is just my take, so I welcome any criticism of my above summation of the situation.
