Judging by the sell orders today it looks like a few are selling out to help them fund the SPP. Im not quite sure if that is a good strategy because ESI may always postpone the SPP to a later date and they may miss out on any upside - should there be an announcement in the interim.
No-one yet knows any details other than a 2 for 1 offer. The SPP could still be a few weeks/months away before they accept any applications.
