    1. current market cap 123 mil aud - against 203 mil deal with the big P

    2. Sandell took stock 3mil US at 27c AUD
    3. Big P took stock at 27c AUD
    4. Con note to be paidout in full 4 June as announced
    5. 20mil US currently in the bank

    some people are just plain mad. Wake up Australia.
