Rocs primary aim is to grow the business and future revenue . As cash grows some will go to further projects . I do agree that if the next 12-24 months proves to deliver even a lower case uplift they will have scope to grow and still grow cash quickly . However the big reward is the Stage 2 development which has scope to provide massive production and reserve uplift - the for example they need to develop 30 m of the 80 m resource barrels - Rocs 50% will require 200m plus . The bonus ofcourse is the development will be stepped allowing roc to use ongoing Cashflow to develop future cash flow
