Toll did surprisingly well yesterday. Little's fairwell speech in which he said the market was overestimating the effect of slack consumer demand on the business probably helped. Looks like there's a lot of support at the $4 mark so they'll be no book value buying here. The strong dividend yield will also help push the price back north.
