    So why does no one question the $600K+ payout to previous CEO? Is it really appropriate? Surly he had a performance clause in his contract? and its blindingly obvious that he didn't meet his performance KPI's! This happens over and over again in these sorts of companies.. DAF has had success with the High Court getting monies back from Directors not acting in the best interests! Why do we all just let this happen and go along with the flow?
