it's no use bagging TRS because you didn't sell out in time. sure you made dough, but you could of made more. now you are feeling bitter and the whole world is a bad place.

the focus should be on the real problem -same store sales and how to improve it.
nothing is discussed here on the possibilities of how to address this problem.

i myself must be honest and really have no idea what they can do, but others here from a retail background surely have some positive input and possible solutions to the TRS dilemma.
