With so much shareholder value destruction in their hands, I expect some of the long serving board members to be able to see the writing on the wall.

Bill Stevens (Chairman), Kevin Elkington, Denis Westhorpe have been on the board for more than 8 years.

Under their watch, TRS has experienced 3 major change of fortune:
- 2011 flooding of the DC (not really their fault)
- 2014 downturn
- 2016 downturn

By this time next year, I expect one or more of these three to leave the stage.

As for Ross, I think he still has the support of the institutional shareholders. But, if he misses another expectation/guidance, he too will lose credibility and probably won't last long.
