I certainly wouldn't rent a house to a bunch of unemployed youth or families, considering they have low self esteem and to much time on their hands to wreck the place...Adelaide is going to struggle...IMO...councils are rezoning for a doubling of rate payers, but not the infrastructure to handle the influx...I lived near Hahndorf up till last year...I certainly wouldn't invest in SA...once you've paid the highest stamp duties, the Councils can screw you for excessive rate rise's...wheres the CG on a depreciating asset, as the economy must sustain its organic growth when there is none? If your looking to buy property look to the lower half of the North East Islands....(NZ)
