One of the key guys at JP Morgan was very close to Scott, have seen his name mentioned before on HC. Think he may have gone out on his own with property fund, & possibly even help in the original acquistions of US properties. He would certainly know the CNP properties & also interestingly JP Morgan have previously taken a large holding in CER (refer previous CER Sub Notice, think via Goldman Sach notice).
Don't believe these guys are about to throw their money away! this would be a very calculated risk!
