I have no doubt the current sub leases are rock solid as you assert
HOWEVER the simple Key question which I asked and
not getting a direct answer to is- confirmation that the
existing sub leases expire in relatively short 5 yrs and 6 yrs time.
There is nothing negative in asking such a simple question which
requires a simple answer.
