Hi JamesExpat2 Have you read the Half Year Financial Report on 16/03 17 Look under' Corporate.' Mt Carbine Quarry.It clearly says, Carbine initiated a dispute conciliation process under the sublease which led to an agreement has been reached by which each party intends to appoint their respective lawyers to oversee the potential buyout arrangements for the MT Carbine Quarries Pty Ltd who are conducting quarry activities at the Mt Carbine Mine site. This reads to me that a verbal deal has already been made and the lawyers are just writing up the contract let me know how you read this. Also their is no mention of the lease in the latest quarterly suggesting it has been resolved and is still a non issue as I have been saying all along.I must get back to my holiday. CHEERS
